• Account Information: Provide accurate registration details and secure credentials.
• Prohibited Activities: Avoid fraudulent activities, submitting invalid gift cards, or breaking laws.
• Account Access: Password recovery requires valid proof of identity.

3. Transactions

• Gift Card Transactions: Upload clear, valid images. Processing time: up to 30 minutes.
• Zelle & Cryptocurrency Transactions: Provide accurate receipts or blockchain confirmations. All transactions are verified before crediting.
• Disputes: Contact support via WhatsApp or email for resolution.

4. Account Deletion and Recovery

• Accounts may be deleted for password recovery verification.
• Re-register with the same email to regain access.
• Failure to provide proof of identity may move funds to a recovery wallet.

5. Refund and Dispute Policy

• No refunds for successfully processed transactions.
